SHOPPING To place an order for our Products on our website, add the desired Products to your shopping basket and select “Proceed to Checkout”. Once you have entered the required contact information, delivery address, and payment details, click “Submit Your Order” to finalize the transaction. An automated confirmation email will be sent once payment is accepted and confirmed, and your order is being processed.

RETURNS POLICY We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction at Lablinks Luxury Hair. We maintain strict quality control standards and ensure that our customers receive only the finest quality of human hair extensions and lace systems. All our hair products are sourced directly from their country of origin and prepared by the most skilled craftsmen in the industry. As part of our quality assurance measures, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping to meet our customers’ premium standard requirements.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed, but we may accept exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions. If you are unhappy with the Products you have purchased, you may exchange them for another Product of equal value or receive store credit if the Product is returned within 72 hours of receipt. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any Products where the seal holding the hair together has been untied or cut due to sanitation requirements. All shipping, handling costs, and money transfer fees will be at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a courier that provides tracking information and delivery confirmation since we are not responsible for lost packages. We must receive the merchandise before an exchange can be made. For lace wigs or lace frontals, we will not accept returns or exchanges if they have been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair), or had products applied to them such as glue or hair products. If any of these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

PRICE The price for each Product is stated in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP) and includes VAT (20%). The price in GBP can be converted to several different currencies, including United States Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, and Euros. We strive to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of foreign Products and services may fluctuate, and all advertised prices are subject to such changes. However, if a pricing error occurs, we will notify you via email detailing the change.

PAYMENT We require authorized payment by credit or debit card with the same billing and shipping address to process and dispatch your order. Orders with separate billing and shipping addresses will not be processed and will be canceled. Orders are securely processed online using a valid credit or debit card. Money will be debited from your account within 2-5 working days after the confirmation email is sent out.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS INCLUDING ALL HAIR EXTENSIONS We make every effort to update our available Products for purchase. However, if, for any reason, a Product is unavailable, we will contact you immediately via email to provide you with two options: wait for the Product to become available with an expected delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.
