DELIVERY POLICY
Standard delivery fee apply for orders in Nigeria, this means you are not charged the international delivery rate.
Delivery time is 3-5 working days
Next day deliveries for orders received by 4pm in Lagos.
Same day deliveries for orders within Lekki and Ikoyi.
Orders for delivery within the UK are N7,000 and is sent by Royal Mail. Delivery time is next day guaranteed delivery for orders received before 4pm.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched. Please note that orders placed by 4pm on Friday for next day guaranteed will be delivered on Monday.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. All deliveries are made between 9am – 1pm, which would need to be signed for (except bank holidays).
Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection.
International orders for delivery outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail Airsure, which is charged at N15,000. Delivery time is 5-7 working days.
Express International orders for delivery is charged at N38,000. International signed for orders to Africa are sent by DHL.
Delivery time is 2-3 working days and is charged at N40,700. Delivery time for all International orders should be received before 4pm GMT.
